A blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc from the Coble Ranch in Yolo County, the Berryessa Gap 2021 ‘Gozar!’ White Blend is light-to-medium-bodied wine with bright acidity and nice balance. Pale straw-yellow in color, this wine has lovely aromas of green apples, ripe Meyer lemon, and apricot, while the palate is fresh and light with distinctive flavors of peach before leading into a soft finish. ‘Gozar!,’ which literally means ‘Enjoy!’ in Spanish, could not be a more fitting name for this beautiful white wine. Cheers!
