Produced from Zicherman Roemer Vineyard, one of Bee Hunter Wine’s top vineyard properties, the Bee Hunter 2019 Anderson Valley Chardonnay is a beautiful wine that is luscious and balanced with layers of complexity from start to finish. On the nose, pretty aromas of white rose, honeysuckle and stone fruits emerge, with hints of toasty oak in the background. The palate has a soft entry with flavors of wet slate, toasted hazelnut, white peach and a touch of minerality. Slight oak nuances and a rounded mouthfeel are due to the French oak aging and secondary malolactic fermentation, providing a balanced richness and layers of flavors. The Chardonnay finishes long, clean, and dry. Enjoy!
