Balverne's 2019 Estate Pinot Noir offers notes of bright cherry and strawberry fruits on the nose, along with hints of baking spice, damp earth, and faint cherry cola. The palate mirrors the nose, showing ripe cherries and strawberries, and as it opens, a bit of pomegranate syrup and a slight herbal note make their way forward. This Pinot Noir will pair especially well with mushrooms, salmon dishes, and roast pork. Enjoy!
