The Azios 2015 ‘The Last Jackalope’ Syrah comes from the Camp 4 Vineyard, a Chumash Indian vineyard that was previously owned by Fess Parker Winery. The property lies in the Los Olivos District of the Santa Ynez Valley. On the nose, this Syrah offers rich aromas of blackberry and smoked meats, while the palate opens with lush, well-balanced flavors of blackberry, pepper and herbs, all framed by a penetrating acidity.
