Pick-Up Times & Details

Hours: 8am-12pm and 12:30pm-4:30pm, Monday-Friday; Closed on Weekends

Remember to wait until you have received your confirmation email and at least 2 hours before driving to our facility to pick up your wines.

Our warehouse closes at 4:30 pm. If you ordered after 2:30 pm you may pick up your wine the next weekday after 9:00 am. We are closed on Saturday and Sundays.

As you approach our location, you'll see a tan warehouse on your left.

Drive into our parking lot and stop in front of our warehouse door by the white "5330" sign, or in one of the open parking spaces. If you opt for a parking space, please call our office number to alert us that you have arrived: 1-800-266-8888

Please do not leave your car - we will come out to you (we will be wearing gloves and masks) and hand you your package, or place the box in your car for you — whichever you wish.

Please have the following ready:
• Photo ID - You must be 21 or older to order and pick up your wines!
• Transaction Number (from the confirmation email)

Drive home safely and enjoy!


Please remember, no walk-in or foot traffic will be allowed.
