A perfect selection of simple and fresh ingredients to make this wonderful sun dried tomato sauce. Pour it over pasta and pair it with the Monte Volpe Sangiovese.Yield: 2 - 3 Cups

• 8 ounces (drained) sun dried oil packed tomatoes
• 8 cloves garlic
• 1 1/2 cups olive oil
• 1 cup pine nuts
• salt & pepper to taste
• 1 can sliced black olives
Place tomatoes, garlic and pine nuts into food processor and whirl until coarsely chopped. Add olive oil, continue to process until tomatoes and garlic are finely chopped into a creamy sauce. Pour sauce over hot pasta. Top with sliced black olives and serve.
