Sugar Snap Peas with Toasted Sesame Seeds


The sesame seeds add brilliant flavor and a bit of a kick to the fresh sweetness of the snap peas. An incredibly simple side dish to numerous entrees and pair it with a flavorful Pinot Noir.

Cook Time: 13 Minutes


• 1 pound sugar snap peas, stringed
• 1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
• 1 tsp. oriental sesame oil


Steam sugar snap peas until crisp-tender, about 3 minutes.

Transfer to bowl. Toss with seeds and oil. Season with salt.
