• 1 pound sugar snap peas, stringed
• 1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
• 1 tsp. oriental sesame oil
Steam sugar snap peas until crisp-tender, about 3 minutes.
Transfer to bowl. Toss with seeds and oil. Season with salt.
