Spring Vegetable Saute

Cook Time: 10 Minutes


• Chinese pea pods
• Red and yellow bell pepper, juliened
• Aspagragus tips
• 1 Chicken bouillon cube
• 1/2 C water
• 2 t. cornstarch
• 3/4 c. Rabbit Ridge Chardonnay
• Toasted silvered almonds


In a saute pan, bring water and bouillon to a boil. Add all vegetables. Saute 2-3 minutes. turn heat DOWN.In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and wine. Add wine mixture to the vegetables and stir until thickened. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with almonds.
