• 4 slices sourdough bread
• 6 slices deli smoked ham
• 1/2 apple, thinly sliced
• 6 mini slices smoked gouda
• Olive oil
Preheat panini press or medium size pan over medium heat.
Cut the apples into thin slices, we recommend using a food processor.
Add 3 slices ham and divide the apple slices onto 2 slices of bread.
Top with 3 slices of smoked gouda.
Cover with the remaining slices of bread, and brush each sandwich with olive oil and cook for 3 minutes of until golden brown.
Plate with a delicious salad of your taste, and a glass of Casa Wines Chardonnay!
