A delicious pork chile verde paired with a glass of Cosentino Cabernet Franc will be the highlight of your week! Tender, juicy and full of flavor.Yield: 2 - 4

Cook Time: 165 Minutes
• 1/2 lbs. pork, cubed
• 3 Tbsp. olive oil
• 1 green pepper, chopped
• 2 large cloves of garlic, chopped
• 2 large cans of tomatoes
• 1 cup Cosentino Cabernet Franc
• 1 large can of green chiles, chopped
• 1/3 cups parsley
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. cloves
• 2 tsp. cumin
Brown the pork in oil. Remove from pan. Brown the pepper and garlic, then add all ingredients and cover. Simmer for 2 hours, then remove lid. Simmer uncovered for additional 45 minutes.
Serve with warm flour tortillas and a crisp green salad.
