Peaches and Whipped Cream topped with Biscotti Crumble


A delicious way to end a meal! Try this sweet and satisfying dessert provided by Tuscan Farm with a glass of wine from your recent International Wine Club shipment from Italy!

• Cantuccini alle Mandorle (Biscotti from your Adventure Package)
• Ripe peaches, cubed
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons of confectioners' sugar


For the Whipped Cream:
Place your mixing beaters and large mixing bowl in the freezer until they are ice cold. 5 - 10 min.

Once cold, add the heavy cream to the bowl and whip until peaks begin to appear. Add in vanilla and sugar and continue to mix until the peaks become stiff. (Do not over-beat! If you do, your whipped cream will become lumpy.)

Put it all together:
Take your peaches and place them at the bottom of a bowl. Add a generous serving of your home-made whipped cream on top.

Crumble a handful of the Cantuccini all Mandorle from your recent Italian Adventure Package and distribute over the bowls of peaches and whipped cream.

A traditional Italian way to eat this dessert is with a small glass of sweet wine.
