3 ounces of Prosciutto Crudo di Parma
3 ounces of Creminelli Salame
4 ounces of Parmigiano Reggiano
Handful of Castelvetrano Olives
Have your Butcher thinly slice the Prosciutto Crudo Di Parma and Creminelli Salame (or buy pre-sliced). Find an authentic ‘from the wheel” Parmigiano Reggiano and break off bite size crumbles. Place the Castelvetrano Olives on the center of the serving plate. Spread the Prosciutto Crudo di Parma in a fan around the olives. Spread the Creminelli Salame around the olives. Spread the Parmigiano Reggiano around the olives as well.
