This light marinade is perfect for a late-summer barbecue of chicken or turkey! Try it with a glass of Cosentino Chardonnay.Yield: 8

Cook Time: 30 Minutes
• 1 1/2 Cups Cosentino Chardonnay
• 1/3 Cups Vegetable Oil
• 2 Cloves of fresh garlic, pressed
• 2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary, crushed
• Sesame seeds
• 8 Chicken breasts; or 1 turkey breast
In a large bowl, combine first four ingredients and stir. Marinate the chicken or turkey breasts for 1 hour minimum.
Barbecue over medium coals until done and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve with a medley of summer vegetables, a tossed green salad and crusty French bread. Delicious!
