Simple, straight-forward and undoubtedly tasty. One of those meals you'll return to over and over again. Pair it with Micheal Pozzan's 1998 Cabernet Sauvignon.Yield: 2 Steaks

Cook Time: 25 Minutes
• 2 Porterhouse or T-bone steaks
• Good quality extra virgin olive oil
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
• salt & fresh ground pepper
• 1 glass of Michael Pozzan Cabernet Sauvignon
Prepare barbecue. In small sauce pan combine olive oil, garlic and rosemary. Warm on low heat until the flavors are released from the herbs, about 5 minutes. Grill steaks until desired doneness.
During the last few minutes of cooking, brush on the flavored olive oil. Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste. While doing all of this, drink the glass of wine. I promise you the meal will taste better. Serve with baked white beans (a Tuscan favorite) or roasted potatoes.
