Grilled Salmon Steaks & Pineapple Salsa


Enjoy salmon steaks right off the grill and topped with tropical pineapple salsa. Pair this with a glass of chilled Sauvignon Blanc.

Cook Time: 12 Minutes


• 1 1/2 cups pineapple, chopped fresh
• 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
• 2 T. sugar
• 1 T. lemon juice
• 1/2 t. jalapeño, chopped fresh
• 1 t. ginger root, grated fresh
• 1 T. mint, chopped fresh
• 4 salmon steaks


Blend all salsa ingredients; refrigerate 4 hours before serving. Grill salmon steaks. Do not overcook - rare is best. Spoon small amounts of salsa on each steak. Pass bowl of remaining salsa for guests to help themselves.
