Fresh Bread with Tomato Jam and Portuguese Goat Cheese


An incredibly simple appetizer or finger food for your next get together. Bold flavors of the goat cheese pair wonderfully with the fresh tomato jam and homemade bread. Pair this with a glass of the Paço do Conde Reserva White wine.

• Freshly baked bread, any type
• Tomato Jam (See the featured Adventure Package)
• Goat Cheese


Prepare your freshly baked bread by slicing it into 1 in. thick pieces. Bread can be warm or cooled.

Next, spread the goat cheese on top of the bread along with a spoonful of tomato jam.

Other variations can be made by substituting the goat cheese with other types of cheese, as well as adding herbs on top of the tomato jam, using a different jam flavor, or by adding other toppings of your choice.
