Fish & Shellfish Cioppino


Add your seafood and shellfish to the amazing Cioppino Sauce and taste how these combined flavors really pull out the best in the 1989 Culbertson Brut Reserve!

• a little olive oil
• 12 16/20-count shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 8 oz. Sea scallops
• 8 oz. Dungeness crab meat
• 8 oz. Cooked lobster meat, diced
• 8 oz. Diced salmon
• 12 fresh manilla clams


In a large pot, add 2 ounces of olive oil and heat over high flame. Add all fish except for lobster and crab. Sauté 1-2 minutes. Add Cioppino Sauce, then simmer until clams open (4-5 minutes). Add lobster and crab to sauce. Distribute evenly into 6 large bowls.
