Camlow's BBQ Rub & Mop

Description
Most folks don't associate BBQ and Pinot, but this rub and mop work well with pork, tri-tip and even chicken. This recipe has been in my family for years. Pair it with the Camlow Cellars 2013 Pinot Noir.

Cook Time: 8 Minutes
Ingredients
Dry Rub:
• 3 Tbs. Salt
• 3 Tbs. Sugar
• 1.5 tsp. Dry Lemon Peel
• 4 tsp. Pepper
• 1.5 tsp. Paprika
Mop:
• 2.25 Tbs. Dry Mustard
• 1.5 Tbs. Garlic Powder
• 1.5 Tbs. Chili Powder
• 2.25 Tbs. Paprika
• 1.5 tsp. Hot Sauce
• 1 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
• 0.5 Cup Cider Vinegar
• 0.5 Cup Oil
Instructions
For the Dry Rub:
Combine in bowl and whisk to blend.
For the Mop:
Add all ingredients in to blender and blend on high until smooth.
