Bleu Cheese Burgers

These tangy and juicy bleu burgers are the perfect accompaniment to your latest Gold Medal Wine Club shipment!

Cook Time: 6 Minutes
Ingredients
• 3 lbs. lean ground beef
• 4 oz. bleu cheese crumbles
• ½ cup minced fresh chives
• ¼ tsp. hot pepper sauce
• 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
• 1 ½ tsp. Salt
• 1 tsp. dry mustard
• 12 French rolls or hamburger buns
Instructions
In large bowl, mix the ground beef, blue cheese, chives, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, salt and mustard. Cover, refrigerate 2 hours.
Pre-heat grill for high heat. Gently form the burger mixture into about 12 patties.
Oil the grill grate; grill patties approximately 5 minutes per side or until done to your preference.
Serve on rolls.
