Cook Time: 15 Minutes
• 4 generous pork cutlets
• 4 tbsp. Ham and BBQ glace
• 1 tsp. Lager Vinegar (See our Adventure Package: New Zealand!)
• 1 tsp. low salt soy sauce
• 1 tsp. liquid honey
• 2 tbsp. sunflower oil
• 1 tsp. whiskey (optional)
Combine all ingredients and stir thoroughly until well combined. Brush onto both sides of the 4 pork cutlets and leave to marinate for 1-2 hours.
Place the pork cutlets onto a medium-hot grill and cook until just cooked through.
Serve with your favorite sides, we love it with grilled corn on the cob and European style potato salad!
