It doesn't get much better than New Zealand honey! Try this Banana Oat Bread with creamy, artisan Kamahi honey baked right in. Add more on top and really enjoy the intricate flavors of this dreamy honey. Try pairing it with the Mission Estate Sauvignon Blanc.Yield: 1 Loaf

Cook Time: 45 Minutes
• 185ml Carnation Light and creamy cooking milk
• ½ Cup brown sugar
• 2 Tbsp J. Friend and Co Kamahi Honey (Featured New Zealand Adventure Package item!)
• 2 eggs
• 3 Ripe bananas mashed
• ½ cup rolled oats
• 2 cups self raising flour
Preheat oven to 320°F, (fan bake).
Line a 20cm x 10 cm loaf tin with baking paper.
Whisk the milk, sugar, honey and eggs together in a medium bowl, add the banana and stir to combine, fold in the oats and flour.
Spoon mixture into prepared tin and bake for 45 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean. Delicious served warm, cold or toasted with lashings of butter and chunks of honeycomb.
