Bacon Wrapped AsparagusFeatured by Ryan Cochrane Wines in the Pinot Noir Wine Club.
Incredibly easy and tasty side dish to any meal that pairs well with our Pinot Wine Club! You will want to save this one!Yield: About 4 servings
Prep Time: 8 Minutes
Cook Time: 20 Minutes
• 1 bunch of asparagus
• 10 - 15 strips of bacon
• 2 Tbsp brown sugar
• A pinch of black pepper
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Wrap asparagus in bacon strips (2 - 3 spears of asparagus to 1 strip of bacon). Place on baking sheet topped with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
3. Sprinkle brown sugar and black pepper on top of bacon.
4. Roast for approximately 18 - 22 minutes. Keep an eye on the bacon at the 18 minute mark to ensure it doesn't burn.
