Q. Can anyone shop in the Wine Store?

A. Yes! We welcome all to peruse the Wine Store for great deals on award winning wines. All wines are discounted off their winery retail prices, and you will save on each bottle purchased. Wine Store customers can purchase 2 or more bottles at one time. By submitting an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order. We make no representation as to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California.

Alcoholic beverages may only be sold and delivered to persons who are at least 21 years old and the person to whom delivery will be made must be at least 21 years old. An adult's signature is required at time of delivery. Wine shipments also require an adult's signature. By clicking on Submit, you are electronically signing that you have read and understand the above conditions. Some restrictions apply. Sales tax added where applicable.

Q. What are my payment options when giving wine club gifts?

A. You can choose to pay a one-time all inclusive payment which includes the wine cost, shipping, and any applicable sales tax for the whole gift OR you can opt to pay month-to-month, which would only include each individual shipment's total cost. Members can save 5-20% on 'Pre-Paid' gifts, depending on Series selection and the length of the gift membership.

Q. How do I end my month-to-month membership?

A. Before you decide to cancel your month-to-month membership, we offer a number of options that you should be aware of before making the call. First of all, your wine can be shipped every-other-month or quarterly if you find yourself acquiring too much wine with monthly shipments (believe us, it does happen). You can have your wine delivered to your vacation location if you are on an extended stay of one, two, or even three months or more. You can also temporarily have us hold your shipments and still have access to the wine store. If you decide to cancel, there are no cancellation fees, and no obligations. A. Virtually every wine we feature has earned a medal of excellence or high rating from major wine industry competitions and national publications. For more info, see our Wine Ratings page.

Member Rewards

Q. How does the Members Rewards Program work?

A. Everyone saves money shopping in our wine store. If you are currently giving or receiving wine from one of our six Wine Clubs you will save even more with our instant Membership Rewards. Each increment of six bottles ordered gets members bigger discounts off of your entire wine store purchase. Basically, the more you buy, the more you save. . . you can Save up to $100. There is a two bottle minimum per wine unless specified differently. Member Rewards do not apply to Sale or Special wines.

Q. Does my Instant Savings depend on my Membership Level?

A. Yes it does.

  • 2 BOTTLE Members receive instant rewards during check-out of $10-$80 depending on the number of bottles purchased
  • 4 BOTTLE Members receive instant rewards during check-out of $15 to $100 depending on the number of bottles purchased

Q. How do I see my Membership Level and Instant Rewards?

A. To see your Member Level and Instant Rewards, LOGIN to your account, go to Members > Overview and you’ll see a chart indicating how much you can save on your Wine Store purchase.

Q. As a Pinot Noir Charter Member do I receive an extra discount?

A. Yes, you will receive an additional 5% off your wine store purchase at check-out as long as you keep your ongoing membership.

Q. As a long time Diamond Charter Member do I receive an extra discount?

A. Yes, you will receive an additional 10% off on wine store purchases at check-out as long as you keep your ongoing membership.
