The Casey Flat Ranch’s CFR Estate wines are produced from a unique and previously unexplored growing region located deep within the coastal mountains of Northern California. Sheltered high above Capay Valley at a 2,000-foot elevation, the 24-acre Casey Flat Ranch vineyard produces grapes of excellent character and quality. The CFR Estate wines are crafted from grapes exclusively grown on this distinctive site and are an authentic expression of the rugged, mountain terrior. Casey Flat Ranch’s 2011 CFR Sauvignon Blanc has bright, fragrant aromas of apricot, ripe peach and melon that complement the tropical flavors and peach essence. It is a wonderfully textured wine with an underlying grassy character and nice balance of acidity that provides great structure and a lasting finish
