Choosing to Receive Offers by email: As a GMWC customer, members will automatically receive email confirmation of orders, as well as notifications of special offers from Gold Medal Wine Club. Members can notify us by email, phone, fax, or standard mail to have your email address removed from our list.

Choosing Not to Receive Catalogs and Offers by Mail: As a GMWC member, information will automatically receive promotional mailings, unless notified otherwise. Members can notify us by email, phone, fax, or standard mail to be removed from our mail list.

The Gold Medal Wine Club Respects Privacy: Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers or emails addresses will receive information regarding their specific order, or upcoming specials. The we do not share or trade member contact information with third party vendors, unless specified in specific contest rules.

Cancellation of Membership: There is no obligation, no membership fees, or cancellation fees as a member of Gold Medal Wine Club.

Return Policy

If a shipment is damaged in transit we will replace the product at no additional charge. If the wine is corked from the winery, we will replace the bottle at no charge. On the rare occasion members receive the wrong product, a discount is offered, or the shipment can be returned at no-charge to the member.

Refunds on Wine Purchases:
Due to the nature of our products, refunds occur within 14 days after bottles are returned to our facility unopened. We do not pay for shipping of returned products, or refund payments if we are unable to restock the wine back into our inventory for any reason.

Shipping: Shipping fees are not  included in the quoted monthly price. Members must be over 21 years of age to receive wine shipments.
