With my first release, you too can enjoy my passion

Whether reading about the latest harvest or finding out about a new wine region, a lot of my free time is spent in the world of wine. I am always on the lookout for that special bottle or the release of a great vintage. But let's not forget about that other part of the hobby; tasting. Of all the wonderful learning experiences we get from the fruit of the vine, tasting is definitely my favorite. I enjoy drinking wine on my own and trying to distinguish the different nuances, I enjoy a party where everyone is trying out a wine they may never have had before, I love having wine with food and seeing if I can make a match that improves both the wine and food or coming up with a totally new wine and food pairing that works, I enjoy seeing how a bottle develops over the course of the evening or how a quickly a really fun bottle of wine can disappear. — Duffy Waldorf
